An athlete's mind can be trained, just like the body.
At performance level, every athlete is physically prepared. The mind makes the difference: how fast a player recovers after a mistake, what he decides when the match suddenly turns, and how well the team holds together under pressure. All of this can be measured and trained, with equipment and with a programme built together with the club, over a whole season.
Each athlete gets an EEG measurement and a heart rate one, so we know where we start from. Then they train on a programme, a few sessions a week. At the end we compare the numbers with what was seen on the pitch.
At the end of the trial period, the club's management gets a report written in plain words: what we measured, what changed and what we recommend. With it, you decide whether to go on.
What stays are the maintenance sessions during the season and a short exercise before a match, which brings the mind into place in a few minutes.
The programme can go to the academy as well. With children and juniors these habits form more easily and they last.
The first conversation is free. After it you know what a trial period would mean where you are, how long it runs and what it costs.
We also work with athletes who come on their own, not only with clubs. The programme is then made for the person rather than the squad.
