People who look at the brain before saying what should be done.
The BrainMap Institute started in 2019, out of the conviction that people deserve more than therapies that only touch the surface. Its founders, Alina Robu and Dr. Alina Diana Nemes, were looking for a way past the blocks you cannot see, the ones that sabotage change even when the wish is there. That is how BrainMap came to be: a place where applied neuroscience meets psychology, so that interventions are clear, measurable and felt in everyday life.
Everything starts from a measurement. The BrainMap assessment reads the electrical activity of the brain and compares it with normative databases, to see where there is too much, where too little and which areas do not coordinate. Only then is the next step chosen.
The protocols are built on that map: brain training, heart-brain coherence, light stimulation, sessions with a specialist. The work follows parameters that can be measured again, so that progress is seen, not just felt.
More than twenty thousand people have come through the institute so far, each on their own path, but from the same starting point: understanding how their brain works.
The institute's neurofeedback specialists were trained and accredited by the IFeN Brain Research Institute in Germany, on top of each one's own background: medicine, clinical psychology, psychotherapy. The institute also publishes its own research in international scientific journals.
