Infrared light pulsed at 10 or 40 Hz, 20 minutes.
The technology that repairs neuronal structure and energy, brought home. A headset with near-infrared diodes at 810 nm, a wavelength that passes through skin and bone, pulsed at 10 Hz (alpha) or 40 Hz (gamma), depending on what you are after: calm or focus. 4 modules cover the head and a fifth goes through the nose: from there the light reaches deep structures an ordinary headset cannot. It is not driven from the app: you switch the device on, the platform runs the guided session.
Five light modules, a headset on your head and one applicator in your nose. That is all of it, from here on, only what you do with it matters.
This is what we work with. At the institute we use both frequencies, Alpha and Gamma, and at home you continue on the same device between sessions: the protocol carries on rather than starting over.
Four resting on the head, over the networks most active at rest, and one in the nose. The nose is the short path to deep structures that light through the scalp never reaches. That is where the difference from an ordinary LED headset comes from.
It goes on, you press one button, you wait. The device stops on its own. There is nothing to set wrong, no manual to read before each session, and you do not have to stay still: you can read or sit with your eyes closed.
A rechargeable battery, and an external power bank in the box. It does not connect to a phone and needs no app, which means it works the same in five years, whatever happens to any app store.
Made under ISO 13485 with TÜV Rheinland checks. Power is measured by independent laboratories: around 300 mW/cm², roughly 1,000 mW per head module and 5,000-6,000 mW in total.
A device bought once stays yours, and the protocol no longer stops between sessions. That is the whole difference: at the clinic you work for an hour, at home you work twenty minutes a day, and the result adds up from those twenty minutes, not from that hour.
The device on its own is just light on a timer. What you are aiming for, at which frequency and at what rhythm: that is settled in the guided sessions, where the therapist is with you while you use it. That is why we hold them: not to sell a device, but so you know what to do with it.
Fifty minutes with a therapist from the institute, in the platform's video room, while you use your own device.
The devices are identical in everything but one thing: how fast the light flickers. That is where the names come from.
810 nm, pulsed at 10 Hz
For calm, sleep, and settled attention
Ten hertz is the rhythm of a brain at rest without falling asleep. Alpha fits when what you are after is calm, deeper sleep, less inner restlessness, or support for a mindfulness practice.
810 nm, pulsed at 40 Hz
For focus, memory, and working speed
Forty hertz is the frequency the literature ties to gamma activity, the kind behind sustained attention and working memory. Gamma fits when what you are after is clarity and capacity for work.
810 nm, switchable between 10 Hz and 40 Hz
Both, in a single device
You choose the frequency before each session. Gamma in the morning, Alpha in the evening, if that is what you need. One device to charge, one habit to keep.

The maker states plainly that it is not a medical device and does not treat named conditions. It is not used in pregnancy, with a history of seizures, or with an active brain bleed, and if you have any other condition, ask your doctor before you start. Early on, some feel a mild headache or dizziness, which passes as the body adjusts.
Everything starts from the BrainMap assessment, a qEEG scan of over 80,000 points and 47 brain areas. The protocol comes out of it: what is trained, with what, and in what order. The home devices carry that protocol on between sessions; they do not replace it.
Which protocol suits you, what is trained and for how long, is decided with a specialist. The device carries on what was decided there; without that, it is a graph on a screen.
Book an online sessionThese devices do not replace medical advice and are not a treatment on their own. The protocol is set by the specialist, after the BrainMap assessment.
