Your State Radar

A whole picture of your state, not a single number.

56 questions, 7 directions, one map. The radar gathers energy, cognition, emotion, sleep, stress, body and meaning into a single overview, so you can see where you stand now and where it is worth starting. It is a wellbeing assessment, not a diagnosis.

What is read

  • Energy and vitality
  • Brain and cognition
  • Emotional
  • Sleep and recovery
  • Stress and nervous system
  • Body and function
  • Relationships and meaning

How it goes

  1. You answer 56 questions

7 minutes of short questions about how you are doing on each of the 7 directions.

  2. Your radar is calculated

The answers are placed on the 7 axes and composed into a single picture, from which one of the 35 typologies emerges.

  3. You get your typology and a first step

You learn where you stand and, more usefully, where it is worth starting: the direction that pulls the others along with it.

What you get

  • Your radar across the 7 axes
  • Your typology, one of 35
  • A first step to take, chosen from what the map shows
  • The way onward, if you want it: the full report or a real clinical measurement

What it is and what it is not

It is
  • An instrument of awareness and orientation for wellbeing
  • A look across the whole picture, not a single direction
  • A pointer to what suits you: a report, a clinical scan, or a step of care
It is not
  • A diagnosis
  • A treatment
  • A substitute for seeing a specialist

First the test, then the report

The report is written from your own answers, so before the test there is nothing to buy. The test is free and takes a few minutes; at the end of it you have a result, and the full report is taken from there.

The test is on the institute's site. The basic result is free; the full report is paid for only once there is something to read. If you want to go through the result with a specialist, you can do that in an online session.
