See, in real time, how fast you move from alert to calm.
The technology that strengthens emotional balance in the 6-in-1 training, brought home. A chest strap reading the heart signal straight off the skin, with ECG-grade accuracy. What matters is not the pulse but the spacing between beats: the more naturally it varies, the more easily the body switches between tension and rest. Breathing at a certain pace brings heart and breath into phase. That is coherence, and you watch it happen on the graph.
A strap across the chest and two electrodes. It reads the heart the way an ECG does. The rest happens in your breathing.
This is what we work with. We use the same strap in the clinic, and at home you carry on with it between sessions: what you practise adds up rather than restarting each time.
It measures the heart's electrical signal straight off the skin and gives the exact distance between beats. Wrist sensors smooth the signal to produce a tidy pulse and lose precisely the variation this work is built on.
The graph shows coherence live, not afterwards. That is what makes the exercise possible: you change the rhythm of your breathing and see in the same second whether your heart follows.
Around 400 hours, at an hour a day. It is not permanently on charge and it does not die exactly when you meant to work.
The strap is washable, water resistant to 30 metres, and connects over Bluetooth and ANT+. The same strap comes running or to the gym, if you want it to.
It is the most affordable of the devices we work with and the only one you can use daily without changing your schedule. Ten to twenty minutes a day, and between sessions the training no longer stops: an hour is done at the clinic, the rest adds up at home.
The strap on its own is a graph going up and down. Which breathing rhythm suits you, how long to hold it, what we are tracking and how to read what comes out: that is settled in the guided sessions, where the therapist sees the graph alongside you.
Fifty minutes with a therapist from the institute, in the platform's video room, with the strap on your chest.
There is only one device. What you choose is the strap, by chest circumference. Measure yourself first, just below the sternum.
Chest 62-82 cm
For a narrower chest
Same electronics, shorter strap. If your chest measures under 82 centimetres, this is the size. One that is too loose slips and loses the signal exactly when you are sitting still.
Chest 75-118 cm
The usual size
Covers most adults and adjusts across a wide range. If you fall between the two sizes, take this one: it tightens, whereas the other cannot be let out.
Tell us where you stand, so we know what to show you.
Wash the strap after use. If you wear a pacemaker or another implanted device, ask your doctor first.
Everything starts from the BrainMap assessment, a qEEG scan of over 80,000 points and 47 brain areas. The protocol comes out of it: what is trained, with what, and in what order. The home devices carry that protocol on between sessions; they do not replace it.
Which protocol suits you, what is trained and for how long, is decided with a specialist. The device carries on what was decided there; without that, it is a graph on a screen.
Book an online sessionThese devices do not replace medical advice and are not a treatment on their own. The protocol is set by the specialist, after the BrainMap assessment.
